Delete phone number to prevent texts from WP?

I want to make sure I never get any text messages about anything from WordPress because I pay for any text messages I receive, even spam texts. Is there a setting I can enter to make sure this never happens?

Howdy,
We only send out text messages when specifically requested—either when using two-step authentication or if you forget your password and you click the reset button, we’ll text a code to your phone that you can use to reset your password.
Spam and unsolicited texts are hated by everyone—including us.
That said, I can remove your number from our system to ensure there’s no way we can text you. Would you like me to do that?
