Delete photo

  I deleted a post on purpose, due to an image I wanted to have removed. So I deleted the photo from my Media Library. Both post aswell as photo are removed from trash as well. But I found out that this “deleted”” picture is still available through a http://breathtakingportraits.files.wordpress.com/****** link

  I want this picture to be deleted from my blog entirely. How?
