delete photo and Analytics dont work
-
Hello
after i downgraded the site i now have the premium, i have a problem with analytics, it no longer reads the data of my site although the id is present. I have been reporting on the problem for two days but I have no answers.
Do you have any suggestions?
Also I have to delete the photos that take up a lot of space, they are from 2018 and 2019, but using the multimedia elements box it loads the photos very slowly for two hours I try to do the removals, I have already emptied the browser cache (as they advised me .. .).
And if I try to search based on the year it doesn’t work because it doesn’t load it but it searches based on the name of the photos.Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you

Hello
i absolutely need help deleting photos, customer service after a problem with my site keeps uploading photos that i delete. and their replies arrive after 12/13 hours. I have not been able to post on the blog for two days and emails with requests are piling up.
the storage space I have now is 13 gb and it is at the limit and I have to delete 2018 and 2019 but I have to select well what I have to remove. it loads very slowly it’s 10pm and it’s only 2020 it’s been there all afternoon, and consider that after they have done the transfer the photos are no longer in order.
thank you
ps before doing the downgrade I asked if the space was enough they told me yes. knowing beforehand that it wasn’t like that, I took the time to delete the photos and then downgrade

@musicalitaest generally support won’t delete photos for you, because we don’t want to remove any that you’re actually using on the site. Removing them from the media library means that any post that reference them will no longer show the image. Can you confirm whether you’re removing all images, or just the ones your site does not use?
Also we’d be happy to check up on where they said you’d have enough space. When you downgrade from a bigger plan to one with less space, they’d let you keep your existing photos (even if you’re out of room) but you wouldn’t be able to add more.

Also, the analytics thing sounds like a separate issue. I’m not finding reports of that, but if you’ll let us know what error you get, we’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

Hello.
I never said that I asked the support to delete the photos, it is obvious that I have to do it. the problem is that I can’t delete them because the multimedia file box loads very slowly and I can’t get to the years 2018 – 2019. I’ve been trying all day. moreover, many photos are duplicated because they have been uploaded twice the consequence is that now the photo are no longer in date order. making space for GB has become delirium.
for customer care it was important to let me know that I was losing third-party widgets and apps. if they had GB for my content I would have thought about it 20 times before making the change of plan .
e-mail and chat history before and after making the switch no one to check GB.For analytics, there is no error, the data is simply no longer read from April 13th. Did they remove the UA ID?
Thank you for you time

Hi there,

What you’re describing looks like an issue with your browser or your internet connection. Here’s what you can try:
* Clear your browser’s cache:
* Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:
* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
As for your internet connection. You can try a different one or restart your router.

Widgets don’t take up any space and I’m not sure what you mean by “apps”. As for your content, it won’t be deleted if you downgrade to a smaller plan. You simply won’t be able to upload any new content.
For analytics, there is no error, the data is simply no longer read from April 13th. Did they remove the UA ID?
I don’t see anything wrong with your stats. There are stats both for the 14th and 15th of April, they don’t stop at the 13th as you mentioned.
