  WordPress, kindly refrain pictures from http://sharmainette.wordpress.com/author/sharmaineng/page/3/

  Although I have already deleted this post, images in this post still appears on Google images.

  I’m just another WordPress.com user and I have had experience of your issue before.

  Pictures still appearing on Google images is not the fault of WordPress. Even after you have deleted words, pictures, etc, Google still retains (‘caches’) them for some time. This is just how the Internet works, unfortunately.

  Which is why there’s the Internet axiom, “Never put up anything on the Internet if you don’t want it shown to the world.”

  They usually refresh every six months or so, but if there’s a legal issue at stake, send them a copy of the paperwork and that should expedite the process. Note that Yahoo, Bing, etc, will all still have the images.
