Delete Posted on [Date]

  How do I remove the “posted on [Date]”? I’ve looked in several forums and gotten advice on how to do it in the code, but I am unable to access the code from my dashboard. For example, in the code it said to find the .php tab and delete a section, but I can’t find access it. Please help. Thank you. My website is francislangbein.com

  Hi frazzee,

  You are correct, for sites hosted here on WordPress.com you can’t edit the code for the site, so you can’t remove the “posted on [date]” part. There are ways to hide it using CSS, but to do so, you would need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade:
