delete premium trial and domain

hi,
I am trying to cancel my premium free trial and domain that is registered with it but I have tried everything and still cant do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel at > Store > My Upgrades
To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.
Important note: The cancellation link sent to the email address on the account is only valid for 24 hours.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/Please keep in mind that cancelling (or not renewing) a domain means that you give up ownership of that domain name completely. There’s no guarantee that you will be able to register that domain again in the future, either here at WordPress.com or with another registrar.

Unfortunately I am still being directed to contact support and it will not cancel. thank you for your advice , I will be patient and wait for the staff to reply to the thread.
