Delete previous administrator?

How do I delete a previous administrator of a website?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If that administrator is the person who created the blog you won’t be able to delete him/her. You will need to get that person to transfer ownership of the blog to you (or whoever should be the new owner). That will automatically remove them as a user of the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account
If the person is not the owner of the blog, you should be able to remove them by going to Users ->All Users in the dashboard. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#removing-users
