Delete previous blogs, posts, notifications, history etc

I had a blog previously that I deleted and am now creating a new site for a sports team. I’ll be managing this new sports site, however when I leave the organisation and hand over this account, I don’t want to have all my previous blog / site info. Currently my purchasing history, previous notifications, blog names etc can be found. I would start a-fresh with a new account but I haven’t set up the new email addresses yet as i’m going to buy the domain through WordPress, therefore I need my current email address to register this site. Also, if I start again now, i’ll lose the domian ‘jerseytouch.org’ which I want to keep. Can you delete all previous information / history I mentioned above please so I can just have the Jerseytouch.org site visible?

I’m a beginner myself but I’ve noticed that If you click on my sites on top left corner then scroll down and click onto settings with the little gear cog there’s an option to “start over”. This will remove all content but keep your url. Hope this helps. Thank you.
