delete privacy setting

i believe the email notification says that I need to approve my friend who’ve been trying to follow me.
As for the one you’ve mentioned about comments, how can I remove that too? I don’t want to approve comments before displaying it to my page.

The person who is trying to follow your blog has to confirm that they want to follow you by clicking a link in an email. You do not have to approve them. If you can copy and paste the exact text that makes you believe otherwise, maybe we can help clear up the confusion.
I normally recommend NOT allowing comments to be posted without moderation, because spam can still get through the filters sometimes. If you do want to modify your comment settings, you can go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Discussion.

This means the other person was trying to visit your site while it was set to Private. Now that it is not set to Private, they should have no problem visiting your site without your approval.
