  Hello, If you wish to delete your profile, you can follow the steps here https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/

  If you want to only delete your website instead, and leave your account open, go to the Settings page (My Site —> Manage– Settings), scroll to the bottom of the Settings page, and select Delete your site permanently.

  Please note that deleting your website permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.
