Delete Registered Domain

I need to delete several registered domains. It’s showing all our users that the domains have expired, which I purposely let expire. Now, access to our site is blocked to all users, showing the error message.

I can absolutely help you with that.
Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domains it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domains, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domains will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using those domains again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrades from your account.

So there appears to be an additional issue.
The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of those domains.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point (or someone else must have purchased the upgrades). You will need to log into the other account in order to cancel the domains.

Yes, someone else purchased the upgrades, but is no longer with the company. We don’t have access to that account anymore. But that is why we gave admin access to this account so that we can manage it moving forward. Please advise.
