Delete Site

This has been the craziest experience I have ever had. I have a website: equalitymo.org That is linked to wordpress
I want to delete it
I am told to go to Tools > Delete site per http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ This is NOT an option for me, and there are NO other options for deleting your site. I have “available” “import” and “export” tools, no other options.
There are no other options for deleting the site on the Dashboard. How do I delete this?!?!??!!??!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!??!?! -
equalitymo.org is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
