  I’ve discontinued my managed upgrades, yet when I return to the settings page and click ‘Delete site,’ the ‘Please cancel your upgrades…’ window continues to thwart my efforts.

  I am seeing custom design and domain mapping as being active on cleandg.wordpress.com. I can cancel them for you if you confirm for me that you would like me to.
