  I wanted to delete the site so that I could import a .org wordpress site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You do not delete a blog to empty content and import into it.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
