To delete your whole blog just follow this step:
Step-1: Log In to your wordpress.com and go to the admin page of your blog. (e.g. http://steupwebs.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)
Step-2: Find on your Left-Sidebar “Tools” and Click on it.
Step-3: Now you are able to delete your entire blog. You will find the “Delete” button at the bottom of the page.Note: Before delete your blog you must export your all data for future use! Remember you’ll not get that url again if you delete once.

Sorry for annoying you. Actually sometimes the steps and terms just goes over the head for new comers. First time I had the same problems. I have very little knowledge about wordpress. As I just try to simplify it.

Aw gee whiz … I apologize for being so grouchy. :( I answer questions while I multitask from my business. I’m also a singer and as I work alone I also practice my singing while I work and answer questions here. On trop of that I’m old so I annoy easily. ;) Here’s to our future friendship. :)
