  Hi there!

  I recommend you make the site private. That way, you can use the address again if you want to.

  You can set it private under your Settings — scroll down to the bottom of this page:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/

  As for creating a new site, you can do that at:

  https://wordpress.com/start/
