Delete Site

  Want to delete a site but when I press the delete button ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ comes up. Advice please. Many thanks

  Thank you so much for your reply. However, when I follow the instructions in the Support doc to the point of “Delete Site” it goes to “Manage Purchases” not “Manage Upgrades” That then leads to an endless cycle of the same pages.

  Good Morning!

  You can permanently delete a site by going to My Sites > Settings > scroll all the way to the bottom, the last item is Delete Site.

  Please remember that deleting a .wordpress.com site is a permanent action. We will not be able to restore it for you in the future. If deletion is not the best option for you, there are alternatives listed here.

  cropphotoupdate.com is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.

  cropphotoupdate.com is a custom domain that can only be deleted by the owner. Once the custom domain upgrade is deleted you’d be able to fully delete cropphotoupdate.wordpress.com.

  Please remember that site deletion is a permanent option. We will not be able to reverse the process.
