Delete site

  Hi there,

  I am trying to delete my site and it is saying that I cannot because I have premium upgrades, but when I go the Manage Purchases there is nothing. How do you delete site???

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your upgrades so that you can delete your site. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase if that is what you prefer.

  Thank you! Only problem is I don’t know the other account and didn’t even know there were two. What should I do in this case?

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

  Thanks Darnell, you are very helpful. I actually figured out the other account, it was associated with my old Hotmail email address that I no longer use. I re-did my password and I am still having issues canceling my purchase plan. Any ideas? Thanks so much! I just want to cancel it all along with the blog.

  I have disabled auto renew for your space upgrade. When it is up for renewal next year, you will not be charged and it will expire naturally.

  It will expire naturally. However, if you have no intention to use the upgrade, I can remove it now for you. Just let me know.
