  Trying to delete our site, but it says we have ‘Active Purchases’ which need to be deleted first. However, we have no active purchases. Please advise. Thank you.

  You most likely have a premium themes. There’s a bug and Staff will have to remove it. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   I do not see any active upgrades, or premium themes on this account. Were you trying to delete a different user account?
