Delete Site

  I’m trying to delete my WordPress site, but every time I click on the ‘Delete Site’ button, it tells me I have active premium upgrades on my site. However, when I navigate to the ‘Manage Purchases’ section, I do not see any upgrades, either current or past. How do I cancel my upgrades so I can delete this site?

  It sounds like there might be a glitch in your browser as I do not see any active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted me from.

  Please try clearing your browser cache and then sign out + back in to your WordPress.com account.

  Thanks for your response! I tried to clear my cache and sign back into the account, but unfortunately, I received the same message. Is there anything else I can try?
