  That theme is older and it doesn’t look like it is currently being sold for self hosted sites. Our own Premium themes generally aren’t available elsewhere, but third-party themes often are from the company so you could try to get in touch with them about it via https://thethemefoundry.com/wordpress-themes/

  In order to delete the site we need to remove the theme. I have done that for you, no problem. But, you aren’t able to add the theme to your other site as you asked in the initial post.
