Thank you both. Now that I’ve managed my purchases, the site doesn’t load up fully so I can delete it. Can you guys delete it for me? I’ve already exported my content. Thanks!

You can delete the site yourself, and it is better that you do. The instructions are in this document:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#permanently-deleting-your-siteIf there is any content you want to keep, you should save it before you delete the site – once it is gone, it is gone!
