To delete the site you need to login with the account from where you have created the site, For more info please refer to this support page doc here: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
Note that if your site has an upgraded Business plan it needed to be downgraded first and it that may result in the loss of any content created with plugins. Please take a backup if needed.
PS: Please note that Deleting a site permanently removes it and you will never be able to use it again. If you think there is any chance you may want to use the site in the future, please consider one of the following instead:
– Try changing your site address with the content:
