  Been trying to figure out how to delete the entire site

  After visiting the link you provided, dawnie212.wordpress.com, it seems you’ve already deleted your entire site.

  You should also note that deleting a site and deleting a WordPress.com account are two different things that users often confuse. If it so happens your goal was to achieve the latter, then please visit and read the following documentation:

  In short, WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. There are however a number steps you can take to ensure your account remains inactive and inaccessible to other people.
