  I want to delete my ‘nbdc.kr’ site but there are something wrong i think.
  Poping message like ‘You must contact support to remove this site’.
  That site doesn’t work so I want to delete and reset, subscribe plan.
  Please answer me and delete that site.

  Seems like your website, nbdc.kr, is a self-hosted WordPress site as I found that the name servers of your website are not pointing to WordPress.com (See this: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/nbdc.kr).

  Most of the times, users get confused between WordPress.com sites and self-hosted WordPress sites. Here is the difference between the two: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

  Furthermore, if you want to map your current domain, nbdc.kr, to your WordPress.com site, please follow the steps given in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/.

  But if you have already purchased domain mapping and added your website on WordPress.com then you are required to contact your registrar (domain provider) and ask them to point it to WordPress.com by adding its name servers (as mentioned in the above support document).
