Delete Site

I would like to delete my site but I am receiving a ‘Premium Upgrades’ message (You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.). I have cancelled all premium upgrades on my site except for my premium theme, so I’m guessing that’s what’s causing the problem. The theme is listed as ‘Premium Theme Never Expires’ and there doesn’t seem to be any way to delete it. I would like to find out how to delete this upgrade so that I may delete my site. Thanks!

Hi –
I can get this sorted out for you. There’s a Premium Theme: Pretty Young Thing connected to this site. I’ll need to delete that upgrade before you can delete the site.
Two things to note about doing this.
1. The theme is going to be deleted from the site, changing the appearance.
2. Once you delete the site there’s no option of using that same address again.Ok, I lied, there’s 3 things.
3. I can transfer the premium theme to a different site on your account if you want. Just let me know.

Thanks very much for getting back to me so quickly. I’d appreciate it if you could delete the Premium Theme: Pretty Young Thing upgrade for me.
I understand that this means the theme will be deleted from my site, changing the site’s appearance, and that once I delete my site there will be no option of using that same address again.
