  I’d like to delete this site.

  You can delete your site following the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Thank you – I did all that but when I get to the second to Step 4, rather than have a link for Delete Site (in red text), it says to Contact Us which then leads to this forum. Any other suggestions?

  Hi there,

  You used to have plugins installed on your site under our Business Plan, and that changes how your site works. Before you can delete it, we’ll have to revert the site back to how it was before you installed any plugins. This will cause all content you added to the site since that point to be lost, which shouldn’t be a problem as you want to delete the site in any case, but I will need your confirmation before I can proceed with that process.

  Thanks for confirming, I have reverted the site so you should be able to delete it without any issues. If you still see the message to contact support, refresh your page or log out and log in again.
