    Hi there,

    You can delete your site from within your WordPress.com account. To do so, navigate to Manage > Settings. On the right, scroll down and you’ll see the ‘Delete your site permanently’ button right at the bottom.

    Please note, if you delete your site permanently you won’t be able to re-use its WordPress.com address again.

    An alternative would be to make your site private so that if you ever changed your mind and wanted to recycle the site address, it would be available to you. A private site can only be seen by you and those you invite, it’s also not indexed by search engines.

    Another alternative would be to empty your site, this removes all content from your blog/site but keeps the website address.
