  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  I see that you’ve already canceled the domain ourforeverhomecrowdfunder.com. Your site that had the Business plan with the domain is now showing up at this address: ourforeverhomecrowdfunder.wpcomstaging.com.

  I can prepare the site at ourforeverhomecrowdfunder.wpcomstaging.com so that you can delete it. Please note that in order to do so, we must remove all content from the site that was added to it after you upgraded to the Business plan and installed the first plugin/custom theme on the site.

  Since this causes a loss of data from your site, I wanted to get a confirmation from you first. Have you moved all content from your site elsewhere and are you okay with us removing all content from your site right now?

  Once you’ve confirmed, I’ll prepare the site for cancellation.
