  Hello!

  Firstly, what is the URL of your website? Since your WordPress.com account is only a few hours old, there’s a chance it’s not a website hosted here.

  If that’s the case, you will have to log in through your web host provider (Bluehost, Siteground, etc.) and delete your site from there, as that’s where the files are stored.

  That said, to delete your own WordPress.com website, you can follow the official instructions here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  As for closing your account, if you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account and scroll down to the bottom, you’ll see an option that says “Close your account permanently”. Selecting that option will lead to closing your account.
