Delete site & account

Hello,
I had cancelled/deleted my upgrades for this site yesterday. I wanted to delete everything, since I will no longer be using WordPress. However, it won’t let me delete anything. It says it still needs to switch over my plan and to wait 10-15 minutes, but it’s been way over that now. Can I please have the site and this account deleted?

So your site still has some of the content that is part of the Business plan (custom themes and plugins). We can revert the site fully, which will delete everything you added to the site. Can you confirm if you’d like us to do that on melodiajparker.wpcomstaging.com? Once that’s done, you will be able to delete the site completely.
