  That site is connected to another account of yours zorawebcake. Log out from current beauweb and log in again as zorawebcake.
  Wordpress.com never deleted sites on demand, only the owner is able to do so. If you no longer have access to that account, go to our account recovery at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
