Delete site and delete account

I would like to delete my site and account permanently. Please advise.

I did that and it forced me to ask in this forum. There is no option to delete, it just takes you to a empty field box that forces you to ask the forum.

Hi again, it looks like you have an active upgrade on your WPcom site. Did you try this?
If you do not see the “Close your account permanently” option, this means you have an active plan or domain on your account. You can cancel/delete these through the Manage Purchases section of your account.
You’ll need to remove your upgrade first.

Unfortunately it still isn’t working. I’m not sure there is anything to cancel/delete at this time. I never renewed my plan. :/

Hi there,
Your site used to be on our Business Plan and using plugins. When you install plugins on a site a few things change with regards to how it works, and it won’t be possible to delete the site until we properly downgrade it and revert it to the free plan.
Reverting a site like this can cause all content you added to it since installing plugins to be lost, so I’ll need you to confirm before we can proceed with that.
