  Hi there!

  We will need to revert your site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin before you could delete it.
  You will likely lose all content added afterward, but I guess you don’t mind that since you’re looking to close it.
  Could you please confirm you are okay with that?

  I am ok with deleting all of my info on WordPress to be permanently deleted.

  You can now delete it by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
