  While it’s not possible to delete your WordPress.com account assuming that’s what you’d like to do, there are few steps that you can do to remove any personal information from your WordPress.com account as well as deleting your blog/site.

  1) Empty and delete your blog site

  2) Unsubscribe from any email notifications from WordPress.com by changing your email settings.

  3) Remove any personal information from your Account Settings

  4) Change your password to a random string
