‘Delete site’ is kept grayed out for more than a day.

We migrated a site from WordPress.com to our own host. And now, we want to delete the site in WordPress.com completely.
Since there were subscriptions associated to the WordPress.com site (plan and domain), we removed them. And now, we are in the ‘Delete site’ page (https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/?source=/settings/general), but the button ‘Delete site’ in is still grayed out, saying ‘We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.’, althoug it’s already been a whole day since we deleted the subscription.
Is there anything I should do to delete the site? Is it possible for your support team to delete the site completely instead of us?

It appears your site still had some active features that were only available with the WordPress.com Creator plan and higher. I’ve reverted the site, so you will now be able to delete the site completely. Please follow the steps here:
