Delete Site & membership

  Hello,

  I’d like to delete my website and account with wordpress as I’ve moved onto a new site/company.
  I’m not allowed to delete my site because it says that I have upgrade features I need to delete first. I’ve deleted all of them except for one that I have no option to be able to delete. It’s the purchase of a template and the renew button is flat and says ‘auto renew’ meaning I can’t delete it. Can you help me?

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed that premium theme for you, so you should now be able to delete your site.
