"Delete site" not available

  Hi,

  I want to completely delete this website:

  However, the “delete your site permanently” option (as laid out here) is not available. I seem to be logged into the correct admin account though.

  Any help is much appreciated!

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere and connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  If you would like to delete the site permanently from the internet, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support.

  If you’d like to just disconnect it from your WordPress.com account, you can by following the steps at https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  Hi there,

  It’s not working because the site you listed isn’t hosted with WordPress.com but it looks like it’s Raidboxes.

  You’ll need to login to your web hosting provider admin panel to remove the site.
