'Delete site' not working – email confirmation not being sent

  I have tried five times over the course of a week. I click ‘Delete site’ etc as described on http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/, and WordPress tells me that a confirmation email will be sent–
  “Thank you. Please check your email for a link to confirm your action. Your site will not be deleted until this link is clicked.”
  –but none is ever sent. It is not in my spam folder.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
