Delete Site Permanently

    I am administrator for this site and want to delete it permanently. When I click on the button to do this I get the message ‘You have active paid upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site’. I can’t do this as I didn’t set up the upgrades. How do I get round this?

    The owners of the subscription would need to cancel any subscriptions that remain on the site, or transfer them to your account.
