Delete site – recover link

  Hello,

  I had a blog ‘myname.wordpress.com’
  I have deleted this blog a year ago,

  Now i would like to restart that blog from zero
  (but I dont want to recover the old blog – files // just the link)

  But it seems not possible to reactivate the link ‘myname.wordpress.com’
  is this correct? If not, how can this be done?

  You agreed that gone was forever when you deleted it – pick a new name or buy a custom domain name – your old name will not be recycled

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  However, auxclass provided the steps you can take.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can do that first and then you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
