Delete Site so I can restart

  Wanting to reset all my settings and restart blog (deleting existing) keeping my upgrades.

  You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit

  Alternatively, we can empty the whole blog for you, but that will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files.
  Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

  If you are sure you want to proceed, please reply to confirm the name of the blog you want us to empty.

  please empty the whole blog. Will I still keep the upgrades that I have bought?
  Domain name/custom design/privacy of details?

  sorry but my creative behaviour blog has not been emptied? I know how to trash pages/posts I want a complete fresh start?
