Delete site title link
-
I noticed that when I mouse-over the site title the title is highlighted in a different color and is accompanied by the pointed hand indicating to me that it is a link. I don’t want it to link. Is it possible to remove the link?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. The site title (or header image if you have the title hidden) always provide a link to the blog’s home page. In other words, no matter where someone is on your site, they can get back to the home page by clicking the title. The vast majority of webpages work this way.
It is not possible to unlink the site title using the standard settings available in your dashboard. The only way it might be possible is to override it using CSS, but you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade to do that.
You can post your question in the CSS customisation forum for info on what code will be needed to make this change: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform
