Delete Site / Unofficial Page

    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am reaching out to have a site deleted that my organization does not have access to, though it lists itself as an official blog for our organization. Please let me know what information I need to provide in order to have this site removed as soon as possible.

    Hi Lori,

    Only a logged-in admin of a site can delete it or take it offline. We also only see the individual who created the site as the owner, not any organisation on whose behalf they might have created it.

    If you don’t know the login details for the account that owns the site, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access. If you’re not able to verify ownership, we won’t be able to give you access to the site to take it offline.
