delete site which is no longer accessable

  another site(domain) was add to my account(i’ve not idea what site is this), did some whois, but got nothing.
  I’m trying to remove this site, but can’t find a way to did this, I’ve check the help, but it point me to the dashboard of the site, how can access a site which is not exist?
  hope to get some help.
