Delete site with premium upgrades

I am receiving this message: You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.
However, I cannot find where and what the upgrades are and how to remove them in order to delete our blog site. Please advise.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling carechurchblog.com. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into cancelling the subscription purchase so that you can delete your site.

The upgrade and original purchase of the blog was performed by an employee who no longer works here. I have since been giving administrative privileges for this blog so that I could manage it. However, we have decided to not continue it and want to delete it. I do not have the information you are requesting. I can tell you the name of the person if you need that.

If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
In order to regain access to your account, the best bet is to contact the former employee to see if they are willing to transfer ownership over to you.
I can e-mail the address associated with the account to see if the former employee responds, if that would help.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private for you so search engines and users can’t access it – just let me know.

The email was for Stephanie Carroll. Her email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). She said she transferred ownership to me but I was unable to delete her as an administrator. She does have a personal blog which may be connected to this one, not sure. If you can contact her and find out what to do, that would be fantastic.
