Delete site with premium upgrades

  Hi,

  I would like to delete my site but it tells me I have premium upgrades. I follow the details but there is no option for me to delete the theme I bought.

  I’ve searched the forums and Google buy have found nothing, so what am I doing wrong ?

  The theme name is Luxury.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Premium themes must be removed by Staff or transferred to another of your sites registered under the same username account.

  Which is the two do you select please.

  I’ve now had a site built on 3rd party hosting with another theme so I have no use for the wordpress.com site or the theme so it can just be removed.

  I’ll keep an eye on this thread.

  You’re welcome. Staff will remove it as soon as they can and then you will be able to either delete the site or make it private and use it as a back up site.

  I can help you sort this out. Please confirm that you want me to remove the Premium Theme: Luxury from nickyedgarcelebrant.wordpress.com?

  Please read the site deletion instructions carefully and remember that this is a permanent option. We can’t restore the site if you change your mind.

  Yes, we would like to delete the nickyedgarcelebrant.wordpress.com site as we have now built a site on 3rd party hosting.
