    delete site with registered domain
    The site will not allow me to delete it. I missed the refund deadline and will no longer use the site and do not wish to keep it.

    I am replying to both of your threads. But you only need to reply to one of them.

    To delete your site with a custom domain upgrade, you’ll need to do one of the following:

    – move the domain upgrade to another WordPress.com site

    – transfer the domain registration to another domain registrar

    – fully cancel the domain (you will lose the ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee you can register it again)

    After the custom domain is unlinked from the site, you can use the site deletion tool to permanently remove the site. Here’s a bit more information about that:

    Please make sure to read the warnings and advice before deleting a site. We can’t revert the deletion of a site for any reason.
