delete spam from feedbacks spam folder finally

  How to delete spam in feedbacks ? I’m afraid, there is no way to do it in recent wp-version, than move the entries step by step from spam to litterbox an empty it. But handling about 6000 entries it will take me ours and clearing litterbox does not work containing lot of things.
  Can you do it for me in database ? It’s (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Thanks for advice, but handling files in database is a wordpress-matter, isn’t it ?
  Askimet had done its job fine and moved all the spam-entries into the spam box.
  I think, askimet cannot finally dele them.
  It should be done in database, but who has acces to it ?

  The askimet-contact is a black hole, where are going requests without any response about success and nothing happens.
  I think it’s better to leave wp.com and get access to database in an own installation.

  If you are asking about Feedback received from a contact form – you can click on the box on the left side of a feedback when you are at:

  Dashboard >> Feedback >> Feedback

  Then use the Bulk Edit function to send the selected Feedback’s to Spam

  Spam-Feedbacks already resided in spam folder. The task is to delete them finally. I did that way and moved them into the trashbox using bulk edit. For faster working I changed the number of displayed entries up to 300 per page and disabled all display-items, so the browser only had to draw empty lines. That way took me accetable time about 1h. Then I tried to purge trashbox, but every attempt failed with error (goshdarnit …). Wp is not able to delete 5800 entries in one act. So I got me up to repeat the bulk edit action, but I couldn’t change the display options anymore. I suspect, I have to wait 30 days, hoping the automatic clearing of the trashbox will do the job.

  The reason for doing that is, I can’t import the exported feedback-data containing 46mb spam, whereever they are to find, wether in spam or trash.
