  Hi there,

  Only a logged-in admin of a site can delete them. You can delete tbro3641.wordpress.com by going to Settings ->General in the dashboard.

  timothyspoetry.wordpress.com belongs to a completely different account from the one you’re posting here. You’ll need to log into that account first before you’ll be able to delete it.
